🧽 Cleaning Supervisor / Cleaner (Evenings – Part-Time)

📍 Location: Rawcliffe Bridge, Goole
🕓 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (20 hours/week)
💰 Pay:

• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Supervisor rate): £13.02/hour

• 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Cleaner rate): £12.60/hour

• Estimated weekly pay: £256.20 (paid monthly)

🧼 About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Cleaning Supervisor / Cleaner to join our team for evening shifts. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to lead a small cleaning team.

🧑‍💼 This is a supervisory role for the first 2 hours of each shift (4–6 PM), followed by a standard cleaning role for the remaining 2 hours (6–8 PM).

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Supervisor duties (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM):

• Oversee and support a small team of cleaners

• Allocate cleaning tasks and ensure all duties are completed

• Maintain cleaning standards and conduct quality checks

Cleaning duties (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM):

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including:

  • Mopping, vacuuming, dusting

  • Sanitising surfaces

  • Cleaning toilets, kitchens, changing rooms, and more

🏭 Areas You’ll Be Cleaning

• Office block

• Laboratories

• Analytical area

• Training centre

• Warehouse

These include:

• Meeting rooms

• Toilets & changing rooms

• Classrooms

• Kitchens/canteens

✅ Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience (essential)

• Experience supervising a team (preferred)

• Comfortable working in specialist areas like labs or warehouses

• Excellent time management and reliability

• Able to meet efficiency targets (monthly bonuses available)
