Position 1

Monday to Wednesday 0630 - 2000 ( 40.5 hours per week)

Position 2

Thursday to Saturday

Thursday and Friday 0630 - 2000 and Saturday 0630 - 1300 (33.5 hours per week)

Pay Details.

Position 1

Based on 40.5 hours per week at £13.00 per hour will give you a weekly pay of £526.50

Position 2

Based on 33.5 hours per week at £13,00 per hour will give you  a weekly pay of £435.50

Pay is Monthly

The Role

Good IT Skills and Communication are required for this position

• Be the main greeting and information point for staff and visitors
• Be the first and main point of security for the building and grounds
• Take control of the building and carry out the correct actions in the event of an emergency.
• Reception duties which include answering the phone, greeting visitors, visitor sign in system
• Receiving and logging post and deliveries to site
• Lost and Found Property
• First Aid at Work trained
• Overseeing access on site and maintaining access card / fobs
• Assisting Facilities Manager with PPM
• Complete daily checklist of building
• Lock and unlock building
• Assist and promote sustainability with the building
• Ensure walkways and external areas are kept clean, free from rubbish and clear of snow and ice
