Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role

 

This is a newly created, permanent position for an experienced Salesforce specialist to lead the setup and day-to-day operation of our Salesforce CRM. You will be responsible for configuring the system, building automation flows, integrating it with existing platforms, and ensuring it meets the needs of both operational teams and senior management.

 

You will also play a key role in supporting internal reporting, monitoring key performance indicators, and refining our client onboarding and site mobilisation processes through effective use of Salesforce.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the configuration and deployment of Salesforce CRM across the business.

  • Develop and maintain automation flows to support business processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Integrate Salesforce with other software systems to ensure data consistency and eliminate manual duplication.

  • Set up dashboards and reporting tools to track management information such as:

    • Site visit adherence

    • Task completion vs deadlines

    • Meeting outcomes and follow-up tracking

    • Time on site and other productivity metrics

  • Support the design and monitoring of client onboarding workflows and service delivery milestones.

  • Provide support and training to internal users and act as the main point of contact for system-related queries.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience administering and customising Salesforce CRM.

  • A good understanding of Salesforce automation tools such as Flow Builder.

  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party or bespoke business systems.

  • Ability to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience creating dashboards and extracting meaningful insights from data.

  • Salesforce certifications are desirable but not essential.

 

Working Arrangements

The role is based at our head office in York. We support hybrid working arrangements and are open to candidates who live further afield, provided they are available to attend the office at least one day per week following an initial onboarding period.

 

Remuneration

  • Base salary: £45,000 (negotiable based on experience)

  • Permanent contract with long-term development potential
