Monday to Friday

Option 1

Week 1 0700 - 1200, Week 2 1200 - 1700 ( 25 hours per week)

Option 2 (50 Hours per 2 weeks)

Week 1 Mon - Wed 0700 - 1700 ( 30Hours )

Week 2 Thur - Fri 0700 - 1700 (20 hours)

Pay Details.

£14.00 per hour Based on a 25 Hour week your weekly pay will be £350.00

£14.00 per hour Based on a 50 Hours per 2 weeks for option 2 £700.00

Pay is Monthly

The Role

Good IT Skills and Communication are required for this position

• • Be the main greeting and information point for staff and visitors

  • Be the first and main point of security for the building and grounds.

  • Be a first responder in case of any incidents.

  • Take control of the building and carry out the correct actions in the event of an emergency.

  • Reception duties which include answering the phone, greeting visitors, visitor sign in system

  • Receiving and logging post and deliveries to site

  • Lost and Found Property

  • First Aid trained

  • Overseeing access on site and maintaining access card / fobs

  • Assisting Facilities Manager with PPM

  • Unlock / Lock of building if timings worked

  • Assist and promote sustainability with the building

Concierge Experience is required for this role.
